Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Garden Antwerp is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or local postal services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information at the time of purchase.
Garden Antwerp cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. Garden Antwerp is not liable for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.
We may request photographs of the packaging and products to assist with the investigation and resolution process.
