Exchanges & Returns

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of purchase for unworn merchandise with all original tags attached.

  • Online purchases may be returned within 2 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, GARDEN Antwerp must be notified within this 2-day period. Items returned after 2 days may be eligible for store credit only, where applicable.

  • All returns are subject to inspection and approval by GARDEN Antwerp.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear after the return has been processed.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • All sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. We do not offer price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Hotoveli is not responsible for any customs-related charges or delays. For additional information, please contact your local customs office.
